Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.
Age Restriction — 21+ Only: Philippine law and PAGCOR licensing strictly prohibit casino-style gaming by persons under 21 years of age. phmob employs active age verification processes. Any Account found to be registered by or used by a person under 21 will be immediately closed, all funds forfeited, and the matter reported to PAGCOR.
Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on phmob. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") for any reason, including circumventing restrictions, obtaining additional bonuses, or evading self-exclusion, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and subsequently is accurate, complete, and up to date. phmob will not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player. You must notify phmob promptly if any registered information changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any other person. phmob will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized Account access that results from your failure to maintain credential security.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify phmob immediately via live chat support and take immediate steps to change your password. phmob will investigate reported unauthorized access and may temporarily suspend the Account pending investigation.
phmob reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence and request additional verification documents from any Player at any time and for any reason consistent with its PAGCOR licensing obligations and anti-money laundering compliance requirements.
phmob accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and supported cryptocurrency wallets. The minimum deposit is ₱100 unless a specific promotion specifies otherwise. Deposits are credited to your phmob wallet upon confirmation of successful payment.
You may only deposit funds that belong to you. You must not use payment methods owned by or registered in the name of a third party. phmob reserves the right to request documentation confirming ownership of any payment method used, and to withhold funds pending such verification.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified account in your registered name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification before processing.
phmob targets same-day processing for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank are typically processed within one to three business days. These timelines may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.
phmob reserves the right to conduct anti-money laundering checks on withdrawal requests. This may result in extended processing times. Withdrawal requests may be declined where phmob has reasonable grounds to believe the funds are proceeds of fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
All phmob account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless explicitly stated otherwise for cryptocurrency transactions. Exchange rates for cryptocurrency transactions are determined at the time of processing and phmob does not guarantee any specific rate.
An Account that has not been logged into for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as inactive. phmob may apply a monthly inactivity fee of ₱100 to inactive accounts with a positive balance, subject to applicable law. Players will be notified by email prior to inactivity fees being applied and given the opportunity to reactivate their Account.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by phmob are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion at the time of issuance. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific promotion terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

phmob reserves the right to void any bet or series of bets placed in error — including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds, bets placed on unavailable markets, or bets that result from a software or data error — and to return stakes to the Player's Account.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phmob Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement agencies:
Where phmob reasonably suspects prohibited conduct, it may immediately suspend the Account, withhold pending withdrawals, and conduct an investigation. phmob will cooperate fully with PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement in any investigation relating to fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity connected to an Account.

phmob complies with applicable Philippine data protection legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). phmob maintains appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
phmob may be required to disclose Player information to PAGCOR, Philippine law enforcement, or other regulatory bodies where required by law or where phmob has legitimate grounds to believe disclosure is necessary to prevent criminal activity.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phmob's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or related to the use of the phmob Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits phmob's liability for death or personal injury caused by phmob's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable Philippine law.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of phmob's services — including game outcomes, payment processing, bonus terms, or account management — you should first contact phmob's customer support team via live chat, providing full details of the complaint. phmob will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.
If you are not satisfied with phmob's resolution, you may escalate the complaint to PAGCOR, which serves as the ultimate regulatory authority for disputes between Players and licensed operators in the Philippines. PAGCOR's determination on regulatory matters is final.
All disputes must be raised within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Claims raised after this period will not be entertained except where phmob determines, in its sole discretion, that exceptional circumstances apply.
You may close your phmob Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure at your request, any remaining Real Money Funds balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC verification and provided no open bets, investigations, or pending disputes are outstanding. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.
phmob reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
phmob reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address registered with the Account and/or via a prominent notice on the phmob Platform prior to the effective date of the change.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
phmob operates under a PAGCOR license and is subject to PAGCOR's regulatory authority and the applicable gaming laws and regulations of the Philippines. All matters relating to the legality and conduct of gaming activities on the phmob Platform are determined under Philippine law.
Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, unless the matter falls within the regulatory jurisdiction of PAGCOR.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
