We will assess objections individually and cease processing where there are no overriding legitimate grounds.
Where processing is based on your consent (such as marketing emails or non-essential cookies), you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before withdrawal.
If you believe phmob has not handled your personal data in accordance with applicable law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC), the Philippine regulatory body responsible for data protection oversight.

The phmob Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 years and above in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online casino gaming in the Philippines. phmob does not knowingly collect personal data from any person under the age of 21.
